CIRCULARGUARD / A CLEAR NEXT STEP

Good work deserves a clear record.

Agree the evidence before the work begins. A useful closeout connects what was collected, how it was treated, and what still needs follow-up.

Collection record

Site, date, release contact, material description, and agreed quantity measure. This records the handover; it does not by itself confirm final treatment.

Inventory reconciliation

Asset identifiers or product lots, received quantities, differences from the original list, and the resolution of exceptions.

Treatment evidence

The completed method, processing reference, date, and supporting certificate or other evidence agreed in the project scope.

Recovery summary

Documented outcomes by material and route, with units, reporting period, and any pending or estimated quantities clearly identified.

Define the evidence package

  • Tracking level: item, asset, lot, or batch
  • Counting units and measured versus estimated values
  • Required method, certificate, photos, or witnessing
  • Report recipient, format, and exception review
